M&S were undergoing a period of major brand review & ambitious change.
Working into the brand director & brand teams, Gone Shopping was brought in as a long term consultant across all GM categories, tasked with the development of sharpened positionings and innovative brand strategies to re-energise the business and give focus & direction to communication agencies.
Categories included: lingerie, beauty, womenswear (as well as sub brands per una & autograph); childrens-wear; home; footwear; and menswear. The remit was then extended across into the M&S master brand and international roll out.
