We have worked on some of the world’s most successful brands both at a central and local level.

At a central level, as part of the global strategy team at McCann Erickson, Dawn contributed to refreshing and updating the “L’Oréal: I’m Worth It” global platform.

At a local level, in her time as Planning Director of McCann Italy, she oversaw how to optimise the platform for the local Italian consumer and was the lead planner on the agency’s L’Oreal business in McCann London. Later working with the Gravity Road team, Dawn helped develop a strategy for optimising pharmaceutical brands - La Roche Posay and Vichy - for the UK market and consumer to take account of the very different retail scenario.
