Dawn Coulter

Project Leadership

Dawn Coulter is Founder and Chief Strategist of Gone Shopping.

She is an inspiring, game-changing thinker and leader, who combines big agency strategic rigour and confidence with luxury/ fashion expertise and sensibility. A passionate communications expert, she has a track-record of outstanding strategic and creative work across the budget spectrum and client mix. She is adept at integrating within client or agency teams and cultures.

Within a career in global planning in major advertising agencies as the strategic lead on drive accounts, she spent 8 years in Milan as Planning Director of McCann Italy, championing planning culture in both the agency and the market, establishing the office as a McCann excellence hub, building local expertise and training Italian planners from scratch, and co founding the agency’s luxury offering which she later rolled out to other luxury markets.
